Booking Terms and Conditions
ColossoVision is pleased to provide quotations with the following Conditions and terms.
Copyright Notice
The information and pricing contained in ColossoVisions Quotes are proprietary to ColossoVision Canada, is confidential, and shall not, without the express written authorization from ColossoVision Canada, be distributed or duplicated, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than the intended recipients evaluation of the proposal / quote.
Expiry Date
Your quote has an expiry date which identifies when the quotation document lapses and may no longer be valid. The expiry date only guarantees the budget as long as the equipment, technical, and other resources quoted by ColossoVision are available at time of confirmation by Client. ColossoVision shall provide expiry date extensions if requested by the Client, in writing, with the caveat ColossoVision can offer the same package as originally quoted beyond the expiry extension date.
Availability
At the time of the quote, ColossoVision has all of the equipment, technical, and other resources available for the dates shown in the quotation.
Confirmations
The quote does not guarantee nor imply any booking until the Client confirms the quote in writing and provides a deposit accompanied with a signed agreement. ColossoVision shall send a sample agreement upon request by the Client, in advance, for the Clients review.
Once the Client has confirmed the acceptance of the quote, ColossoVision shall have 24hrs to confirm equipment, technical and other resources are available for the quoted dates. ColossoVision shall send the Client a written confirmation of resource availability and the rental agreement to secure the equipment and resources.
ColossoVision may rescind its quotation at any time without formal notice and liability.
Currency
Canadian unless otherwise stated in the quote.
Taxes
HST is applicable in all provinces except for Alberta where only GST applies. Should the quote not show taxes, the client is still responsible to pay those taxes. ColossoVision will charge HST and or GST as applicable by law should taxes not appear on the quote.
Payments:
ColossoVision accepts the following
Company cheques OAC.
Wire transfers, email Interac transfers, Certified cheques, Money orders, and Drafts. Due to potential security and safety issues and concerns on site, ColossoVision does not accept cash.
Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard via Pay Pal with a convenience fee of 2.5% added to the billed amount. All credit card transactions must be accompanied with a non refundable and irrevocable agreement of funds.
Documentation
- ColossoVision shall furnish upon request all technical documents on ColossoVisions equipment which pertains to Engineering, safety and installation.
- All documents when provided are done so with the Clients understanding all drawings, specifications, and intellectual property are copyright protected, may have trademark protection, and are the property of ColossoVision, and shall not without the express written authorization from ColossoVision, be distributed or duplicated, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than your evaluation of this proposal / quote.
LED Screen Technician
- Unless otherwise identified or specified in the quote, ColossoVision will provide a screen technician whose responsibility will be limited to the delivery, installation, supervision, maintenance, and removal of the screen.
